First court road. Storm drain blocked and floods First Court Road just past intersection of First Court and Greenwell. It is on Church Point side of the road rather than the Bayville Park. This needs to be fixed prior to storm coming since Bayside Rec Center is supposed to be one of your storm launch centers. In fact both storm drains on First Court around the main entrance to Church Point tends to block and water pools on Bayville side of intersection instead of draining into park runoff ditch inside of park
