Fence adjacent to road and sidewalk here fencing off the I580 overpass needs repair as there are holes in the fence and people are now sleeping underneath the highway in holes under the concrete inside the fence line. Area bounded by Lakeshore, MacArthur and lake Park ave. In addition caltrans should be notified to repair the holes that are now under the concrete overpass inside this fence line to prevent damage to structure. These can be easily seen walking around this overpass.
