Description

on the strip of street from 2124 Courtland Ave to 3216 Courtland ave between Virginia and Camden people are always dumping on the street since there is no side walk. I notice that lately there are homless people moving in on the section that is open hill where there are no houses currently. Garbage and debris is spread all along the hillside and spills out on to the street and it is dangerous for the kids walking to and from school to Melrose leadership academy and also the cars accessing that road. We in the neighborhood appreciate you looking in to this and taking care of the garbage problem that seems to be getting worse.
