Description

The entire alley between the Rally gas station (4th St) and 2nd St between 22nd Ave N and 21st Ave N is riddled with potholes. The largest measure a few feet in diameter. This is detrimental to not only my car but also safety. This alley is not paved like the remaining alley between 22nd Ave N and 21st Ave N. The potholes have been filled numerous times and whenever it rains, they reappear. The entire alley needs to be resurfaced as a permanent fix, not just filling the holes because this is obviously not cost effective if they have to continually get refixed.
