Clark construction has now fenced off the entire Mass Ave sidewalk between 6th St NW and 7th St NW If it is justified in fencing off the entire sidewalk the fence needs to be on the building side of the side walk with the street side trees outside the fence or the trees need to be surrounded by orange fencing to prevent damage
