Mô tả
These areas have a very high concentration of dead fish. The tides are not removing them. It is toxic to stand outside. The pictures below are what every end of canal looks like. We have not seen any county or city or state support in this area. Our neighborhood needs help today!

This specific information has already been received per correspondence with Watershed@pinellascounty.org. As mentioned previously, the information that you have provided has been sent to our team that is coordinating cleanup efforts. At this time, due to the high volume of requests that we’ve received, please allow at least 48 hours for them to respond. Please note that unfortunately, fish that are on private shores and not in the water, will need to be addressed by the property owners. Material can be placed in trash bags and then in the normal trash for pick up, or if needed, a list of dumpsters available for disposal drop-off can be found here: https://www.lilmoservices.com/redtide
If you have not already, please also report this matter to FWC via their fish-kill reporting tool which can be accessed here: https://public.myfwc.com/FWRI/FishKillReport/Submit.aspx
For public health matters, please feel free to reach out to the Pinellas County branch of the Florida Department of Health at (727) 824-6900.
