R. No Traffic Signal - Traffic Signals.

P. Why is this a concern?
R. This intersection needs a light. in the morning especially 7-8 am East and West bound traffic is usually cut off from northbound traffic that refuses to stop at the stop sign. Drivers run the sign all hours and there are increasing numbers of accidents (most recently 9/21).
