Description

This is located at the 1812 block of Benson St, where the COH came out and dug across the main street and never returned, this needs TO BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY, THIS HAS BEEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO A MONTH AND EACH TIME IT RAINS AND A CAR COMES ACROSS IT THE WHOLE SECTION HAS GOTTEN WORSE.
