All you have to do is say that it is not part of the complete streets program and blocking bicycle access and it will be immediately moved. You have to learn to use the right words. Maybe you could say its delaying the Pier Project and it will get a priority. However you must be careful because they could just come back and claim no sewage flowed from this truck.

And nothing was done about it, because the truck still be parked there!! Like I said before location, location, location and since this is not a pricey neighborhood with million dollars homes; then nothing will be done about it!!
