Description

The lines on the 3 left turn lanes from Mitchell Mill Rd onto 401 South are in critical need of being repainted. I was squeezed in a near accident because it is too hard to see where to drive. I think this is an URGENT safety need - please! In addition, I suggest using textured paint to make it easier once there is a layer of snow on the ground.

This issue has not been addressed yet. Also, this portion of the road construction has been "done" for a few months now. They are working on the other end near Forestville.

The pavement markings have been refreshed. The final markings have not been installed yet.

The markings were refreshed with very small squares of white paint for a portion of the turning lanes (and it may be only be between 2 lanes, not all 3-I can't remember). It really is not an adequate solution to the problem in a construction area that is done, except the bike lane lines are not painted, either.
