I was washing my sheets and new mattress protector on Saturday morning and when the cycle was done, I opened the washer to find my sheets/protector brown in color. Ran 5 empty cycles through the washer, flushed my toilets, ran the sink, and the water was coming out clear. I then decided to wash the sheets again after spraying them all over with Shout and put some bleach in, only to find midway through the cycle that the water was coming out brown again. Washed the sheets again today and this brown color is not coming out. Very upset and wondering if there is a way to seek compensation for this.
