The time limit for the no left turn sign on the north east corner of Florida and North Capitol fell down. The time limit is still up on the south east side but it is not as large of a sign as the north east side sign. Additionally, since the time limit sign has fallen, the north east side sign now just looks like there's no left turn allowed, while the sign on the south east side displays both no left turn and the time sign, it's confusing to motorists.
