Sharraxaadda

On this stretch of Harris Road, on the sidewalk, there are three exposed pipes labeled "water." One is missing the cover so a foot could step in it; one is completely broken leaving jagged edges; and one is quite a bit higher than the sidewalk causing a tripping hazard. If you walk a lot, you keep it in mind, but for those who don't or happen to walk at night, it is a danger.
