11:42 AM. A paper shredding truck has been idling for over an hour on Samson St right before 19th. It does this on a weekly basis and the driver has said the truck does not need to run in order to shred the paper

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
