A county tree came down during storm and took down a utility pole in front of our house, smashing transformer, Verizon/Comcast equipment, and ripping lines from 3 homes. Pole replaced and power restored on 7/29 (yay Pepco!). Have been calling Verizon repeatedly (on hold numerous times for hours, speaking to reps, repeating the issue, getting promises of help) but no response. We feel dismissed and forgotten. Single trucks come out periodically, look up at smashed equipment and drive away, despite detailed description during numerous calls of need for physical crew to come and repair equipment on lines prior to reattaching homes. Properties effected (that I know of) 4001, 4002 and 4004 Southend Road, Rockville. Please help!
