Eastbound Main Street at Ivy: at certain times of day, one car trying to turn left can wait the entire green light cycle, which means no cars can progress through the light at all. This is especially frustrating at 7:10 AM when the high school is in session; cars back up all the way past the Montowese intersection along the town green.
