This entire neighborhood has a litter everywhere. The litter is on private property and In the street. As a result rats have been seen in the area. The area includes North Avenue down to Beechwood and beyond. Beechwood, from poplar to Carlton. There is a bar on Howard and Beechwood whose patrons throw trash on the street and a convenience store on Poplar and Beechwood with the same issue. In addition many landlords do not care for their properties.
