Sharraxaadda

In the last week, a hole has appeared in the blacktop on the outdoor basketball court at Shissler Rec Center. The blacktop in general is pretty poor, but with as much as everyone plays there, it is only a matter of time before someone injures themselves seriously.

The hole is not huge now, which would probably make fixing it a really brief and simple task. If that Rec Center is indeed a City of Philadelphia property, then the city would do well to be proactive and fill it in now rather than deal with the consequences of a resident's bad injury later.
