Would like you to investigate activity at 310 Jade Cove Drive, Roswell, GA. Renters on the property keep long flat-bed trailers (up to 3) in the backyard. Often 3-4 men arrive early in the morning (6:00 a.m.) and load these trailers tossing lumber from one to another - it's like a staging area. When loaded they pull out with their heavy work trucks - sounds like a truck stop in the early morning. I believe the owners were told that they would store one flat bed trailer, but this is not storage - this is loading and hauling lumber to a job site.
