Rockdale rd has a house that has been sitting abandon for the last 5 years. The women started building it and ran out of money and now the shell of a house looks like and eye sore. The city has been contacted many times and the mayor is well aware of the problem, yet nothing is being done. Somebody get this junk taken down. Our neighborhood looks like garbage. The woman must have money to do something about it, because she is also running and illegal boarding house that the city also refuses to do anything about. We never know who is coming or going. There are young kids living there. Only bad things can come of both problems.

The entire inside of the house is full of trash bags too.
Mayor Picard knew about this for many years and even came to look at it with the police chef but nothing amout too that. I think because it was not happening we're they needed to look at it, it didn't matter to them.
It will be 9 years in April, maybe we can have a cake.

Never in all my years living here would I have ever thought we(the neighbors) would have been completely ignored the way we have been.
It has gotten so bad that the woman is constantly doing renovations to the house next to this one, and no permits are ever filed. Every one of our neighbors have called on this woman and not one person from the city ever shows up.
The neighbors have decided it’s time for the state and the new stations to come and take a look for themselves.
One of the neighbors has a folder filled with pictures and the number of times we have all called the city on this house.
It’s been almost 16 years.
