LINES HANGING DANGEROUSLY LOW! The electric, cable, phone lines are sagging more than is usual for the local streets, to within a couple feet of a metal sign. Can these lines be pulled up, please? thank you!

Those are just cable and phone lines. Electrical lines are always the top lines on the pole
