Good example of "Hillbilly" contractors.

Evidently this house isn’t on their radar, because the gutters have been causing my basement to get wet for 2 years now and no one is responding to my complaint either. This eyesore of a rental needs torn down!

Sandra, that might not be a bad idea. I have spoke with the landlord on multiple occasions only to be blown off every time. The saddest part of it all is both tenants of this rental are nice people and great neighbors, and do not deserve to live in these conditions.

The problem is the Canton Building dept. The department and its inspectors are union.They are lazy and have no accountability. The whole dept is corrupt/incompetent.I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of this property was owned by Steve Filliez. He owns dozens of run down uncoded properties in Stark County. I would tell you to contact the Mayor but from what I understand is he had the last Mayor in his pocket. Good luck
