Of course Devenshire will get a pass on this code violation, as they do for all their builds...such as the one at 335 16th AVE NE where they removed the sidewalk and blocked the side walk for months while the horrible looking McMansion was being built...we need the City Council to wake up and see that 286-H code doesn't do anything to protect our neighborhoods. A perfectly good home was torn down...and then there is HONNA...isn't part of their motto "protect"....
