That's a power pole, unfortunately you have to contact DTE. They left one in front of my house for over a year, completely killed the grass. The city can't do jack about it, DTE can basically do and destroy whatever they want.

I believe it's been there over two years!

Please call DTE at 1 800 477-4747 to get this pole installed where it needs to be.
