we had an issue with a patron that yellow cab would not transport. She informed us that we could not do a same day trip with HARTPlus. Kathy advised us to call back and speak with a supervisor, and this solved the issue. She even called back to check and see if the patron had gotten picked up by yellow cab. She went above and beyond
