Evening commute traffic right now is out of control on 16th street between independence Ave and Massachusetts Ave. Heavy level of cars, excessive speeds, aggressive and distracted driving, rolling stop signs, and driving in wrong lane. Please address this issue with enforcement and traffic calming that makes commuters not use side streets as main routes.
