FayFixIt assigned this issue to Solid Waste

Thank you for using Fayfixit. Your issue has been noted and sent to Environmental Services. We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the high volume of debris from the storm and floodwaters, bulky item collection services will be provided by an outside agency. One of multiple citywide clean sweeps is in progress. Please leave your items to the curb. Items must be curbside, clear of obstructions, and separated by truck category. The truck categories are: Limbs/Yard Debris, Construction Debris, Furniture Appliances/white goods, Electronics, and Household Hazardous waste. Bags or boxes of trash will not be collected with this service. As a friendly reminder, Household trash and containerized Yard waste routes will run as normally scheduled. We are unsure of when the cleaning of the area will be completed, as the agency will be working street-by-street, 7 days a week until debris have been removed. We appreciate your understanding and patience as staff works to clear the debris from Hurricane Florence
