Sharraxaadda

Except for 2 short sections that were paved last year, the entire road is filled with potholes and utility repairs and hasn't been repaved for 30 to 40 years. At one point, the rails from the old trolly were showing through & they must have gotten ride of the trolly 50 years ago! Please help!!
