Description

homeless encampment above street and under freeway/BART on the ledge..person defecates down the embankment and urinates causing smell and debris down the slope to sidewalk. Health hazard for sidewalk-location adjacent to Children's Hospital where sick children's parents may park at the meters at this location...disgusting. Also frequently there are homeless encampments across the street at same location under freeway on ramp.
