Cars don't tend to stop for the crosswalk at State & Madison (maybe because it isn't at a natural "intersection"? I'm not sure.). Either way, I've seen a lot of students almost get hit, and I myself am hesitant to cross there if any traffic is nearby. Could we have crosswalk lights installed there?
