Description

Parking meter does not work. I physically put coins in it in front of meter policewoman (id#716) and she STILL wrote me a ticket. Unbelievable!

Parking tickets can be appealed, and in cases like this, will often be overturned - you pay nothing. Get an Appeal form from the Parking Office and file it before payment is due.
