GOOD LUCK! I have been trying to get the City/County to LOOK at a piece of property for 3 MONTHS! They haven't even looked at it!

The house/lot mentioned is an eyesore. However, an abandoned building of any type & location, especially obstructed from view by greenery, is an invitation to ANYONE to break-in and use the building for any number of unlawful things. Overgrowth is also a breeding ground for "critters" of various shapes and sizes. If the tax digest shows it is owned and the taxes paid, the owners should be held accountable. There must be a county building code they are in violation of. As I said earlier, cleaning up an eyesore is one thing. High probability the building is/will be use illegally, most important.

Someone cut the grass last week, first time in few years. Can now just see the house behind the shrubs which have gone from decorative to a 20’ tall jungle wall. Strange that a nicely kept up brick home was just abandoned instead of being sold at some price by the owner or mortgage holder.
