This entire area has become a cesspool of vagrants and homeless RV campers with broken down cars.
The Walmart Neighborhood Market parking lot is one of the worst.
FYI: This location, unlike many other Walmart does NOT allow overnight parking.
I called corporate and I also talked to the manager the 501 Sereno Drive location.
They run off the vagrants daily but they keep returning, it’s a never ending cycle, a cat and mouse game. There is a large surveillance system mounted of a tall pole in the parking lot.
Walmart and surrounding businesses like CVS, Smart and Final, Carl’s Jr., etc need help from the city and law enforcement to rid them of these problems, they can’t do it alone.
