What would make a big difference is if they would provide some fishing access. Signs posted all around about summer time fishing yet you cannot get to the lake for the vegetation. Reported this last year and said yeah stormwater is all over it. Nothing happened.
Between the vegetation on the bank in the Lillypad‘s around the edge you can’t pull the hook in anywhere around there
City needs to fix this, Or quit promoting this as a fishing site by the city.

I agree with that too Greg. The edge of the lake really needs to be cut back like they did years ago. It just looks like a mess with all the overgrowth. I believe stormwater is in charge of cleaning that up but there are people in the neighborhood who don't want it cut back. I think it was so much prettier and easier access for the people like yourself who like to fish. Now that the ducks aren't nesting (which is why people complain about cutting back) they should cut back the overgrowth. Also, I see that they forwarded it to Parks and Rec. which is great for the workout stations but my request for the fountain and your suggestion of the cutback of the overgrowth is Stormwaters department.
