I agree the house could use some new windows but I didn't see a permit anywhere, not on a tree either

Hi. This seems to be the City's way to curry favor in the richer areas. I know they hound dogged my neighbor over a boat, but a person with a trailer and the city lies about an open permit. What a joke. I am going to look up permits at this address. This is so unfair to those that the city bites down on. Like how do you get the free pass when so many of us get beat up?
