Hi,
There is a person living under the tree in front of The Lookout at Victoria Hill. He/She has set up cooking equipment too under the tree. Although he/she made very cozy home it will be fire hazard. The tree is located on the front lawn facing Fraser river on the hill. As you can see from the picture building on the left side is The Lookout and the red circle indicates his/her home/kitchen. Can someone address this issue please.

If you are not comfortable engaging the person, then call to let the City know that there is a homeless person who appears to need services, and they will send an outreach team. You should be able to let them know where the person is, what he or she is wearing, what condition he or she seems to be in, and whether it is an emergency. You can request that someone from the City get back to you to let you know what happened.
