Was it a lost or stolen toter?? Are you a knew home owner?? Is the toter damaged?? If you can please give me this information I can assist you better and hopefully we can take care of this tommrow. I can’t see what the issue was for some reason. My apologies.

It was a broken lid for the green trash can. But I went to bring out the trash today and saw that the lid was replaced. Thanks for taking care of it Nick.
