Description
A patch on the sidewalk along Pangborn Rd., where there's a manhole, is raised a couple inches above the surface of the rest of the sidewalk. This sidewalk has several sections that are uneven but they are not as problematic. You see, since the level difference occurs at an angle in this particular spot, it is very difficult to ride over it with a wheelchair or a stroller. If one is not aware of the "bump" or thinks they may be able to overcome it with some speed it becomes specially dangerous since it WILL stop you in your tracks. I've seen even jogger strollers having to ride over the grass or the road to go around this bump.
As mentioned before. This sidewalk has some bad sections but hopefully those will be fixed when the new housing development (opposite Frazier Walk) comes in. However this particular location is not part of the sidewalk that this development would hopefully improve.
Please get this fixed.
