Description
I'm torn about how this should be enforced. presumably bar patrons were too drunk to drive their own vehicles and got a ride, leaving theirs parked legally overnight. however, signage indicates NO PARKING 6-9AM, and these cars are always there impressing morning traffic.
maybe to be proactive, parking should not be allowed on the street outside these establishments at all.
