So they completely taken over the inner forest and are started to spill out in plain view. This is how the OC riverbed started. The more and more we complain the less and less they enforce. Disgusting, unsafe and they have riddled the area with trash. Its bad enough they have encampments but do they really have to trash the place? Absolutely disgusting.
