This is bringing down the values of our homes and neighborhood. The city needs to take action immediately. This has gone on long enough with nothing being done. What if we all bought blue tarps on 3rd Ave S and started covering up items on the sidewalks in front of our homes blocking the right of way. Maybe then the city will care? We would look like a trashy neighborhood. This owner has no respect or concern for the betterment of the neighborhood.
