This car has been parked here for about a week and it doesn't belong to any of our residents. Garbage left by vehicle that included a syringe needle. Possible stolen vehicle abandoned here? Located on south side of NE 196th, facing west.

Α. Abandobed, possible stolen vehicle. Saw two male adults by the car yesterday when we were leaving the driveway, they appeared to be going through the interior with car speaker(s)sitting on top of the car. When we returned, the two people were gone, garbage strewn on ground around vehicle, but the car is still here.
