I can't drive around my neighborhood without tripping over these unlicensed illegal underage operators on the street but y'all can't seem to find them

Saw 5 between home and Walmart.

One of our zone officers located the mini-bike and identified the juvenile operator. The parent was contacted and assisted in resolving the problem.
