Rundown dilapidated trailer home next to Fairfax neighborhood. Structure is caving in. I have seen what appears to be teens playin/exploring there. Concerned it is a safety hazard. Why has this lot not been tended to by whoever owns this land? Has been in poor condition for a LONG TIME!!
