An individual with a small truck with an attached snow plow woke my whole house up at 4:00am this morning plowing the city street of Waldorf. This has been going on for years and I'm sick of it. According to the city there is no code regarding this but there needs to be! He is ripping up the road, dumping snow on people's property and it's a noise violation. And this morning there was barely an inch of snow on the ground yet he felt it was his duty to wake the neighborhood.
