Description

Smith Avenue in Elkridge is extremely deteriorated. Businesses operating on the street must navigate numerous potholes and haphazard repairs. The rubble from crumbling asphalt presents a road hazard as one is prone to skid when applying their brakes on this rubble in the rain. Please consider repaving and sweeping Smith Avenue.
