Over 2 Weeks ago the owner at 8 Swan Street had the street dug up to work on the new house. They have not been there since then. The barrel is still there covering the hole which is now getting deeper with the rain. Why is this allowed by the City? Please have then come up and fix the public street that they dug up and have them remove the barrel before any snow comes and we are stuck all winter with that pothole that they put there. The barrel will block snow plowing and is a hazard because it is a dark street at night at that location and you don’t see that barrel till you drive right up to it.
