Ron, Thank you for the photo. Is this the area you were describing to me over the phone last week? I'll be glad to reach out to Hyde and their contractor about doing some maintenance on the silt fences to fix any holes that have been created as well as clean up any silt that has gotten on to adjacent property.

We have meet with the homeowner and have directed the developer to address this issue. We will make sure this issue is corrected prior to approval of final subdivision acceptance.
