Sidewalk on Huguenot Ave between Sussex Drive & Raily Ct is covered with leaves & mud. This condition combined with poor lighting at night makes the sidewalk a dangerous choice to walk on particularly when wet. This condition does not quite fit litter nor overgrown vegetation categories. No other appropriate option to apply.
