Would it be possible to have signs posted requiring no parking on Marshall Way durring street sweeping days? The same type of signs that are on all of the surrounding streets?

Though there is street sweeping on Marshall, due to the fact that parked cars are not required to move, it is generally ineffective and misses most of the trash that is dropped by the curb.
